What Causes Blackish Vaginal Discharge After Having An Ectopic Pregnancy?

I'm recovering from an ectopic pregnancy treated successfully with Methotrexate. My beta hgc has reached zero.
I am getting some grey/blackish discharge and a bit of itching that resembles a yeast infection . Is this normal discharge after an ectopic or is there something else going on?
