What Causes Bleeding After An Intercourse?

Yesterday after sexual intercourse when i was ejaculating I had blood coming out of the pee whole I have went to ER they took sample of my blood and urine sample they said I had no HIV and everything may seem normal but they gave me some shot against infection which I doubt I have any but this never happened to me before i dont smoke i dont drink had no medical problems what so ever.
