What Causes Bleeding After Cauterization On Eroded Cervix?

I had cauterization on my eroded cervix a month ago. Just about a week after the cauterization treatment, i went back to work (as a flight attendant) and have been working out in the gym. I am experiencing bleeding( a little bit less than menstrual) for about 15 days now and im worried! Is this cause by my active work out at the gym? Or is this normal at all??
