What Causes Bleeding After D And C?

Hi i am 26 years female and i have done D&C but after D&C i having pain and bleding ,i so much tensioned about this bleeding ,i am also done ultrasound and checked the doctor ,and doctor told me that some parts are still in utreus ,so please tell me what can i do .
