What Causes Bleeding After Foreplay?

 Hi im 19 and not a virgin. I have had sex a few times. But last night my boyfriend fingered me and when i went into the bathroom this morning I had blood all over my underwear. I have already bled heavily before after being fingered the first few times so i assumed my hymen was already broken? Why did i bleed so much last night, i admit he was rough but i didnt think i would bleed again considering i did a few times before! I was so embarrassed there was blood on his top and everything :(!
