What Causes Bleeding After Intercourse Despite Taking An I-pill?

me n my fiance had a sex last week twice. i tool Ipill twice n aftr 3-4 days of taking ipill i started bleeding.The bleeding continued for 3-4 days n lasted day before yeaterday only. Today agin i hv a minor bleeding all of a sudden. It there any problem???? please advice
