What Causes Bleeding After Intercourse While On Mirena Coil?

Hi, may I answer y Hi I have had my marena coil in for 2 years now and the one before for 5 years and never missed a period. I had a fall in Dec and the next day 30th dec I started bleeding but I was not due my period till the 14th Jan. It was not a proper bleed but mostly after sex and lasted around 10 days. Since this bleed I have not had a period and have a few pregnancy symptoms but the test I have done is negative. can you advice please
