What Causes Bleeding After Intercourse?

I just had sex with my husband and I have a orange tinted smear on toilet paper when we stopped. I had a lap hysto removing uterus and cervix September 3. I also had an emergency cuff repair two weeks later from an unknown bleeding source. This is the second time and it's only after sex. Do I need to go to my dr?
