What Causes Bleeding After Intercourse?

Hey! listen one day my boyfriend penetrated me, but I'm not sure if he did it all the way or not. it was about to get my period anyways, but what happened was that I started bleeding a lot n it hurt like hell. it kept bleeding for about 9 days or so. Only the bleeding was very weak on the second third n fourth days. Does this mean I lost my virginity?
