What Causes Bleeding After Non Penetrative Orgasms?

I have been on the depo shot for acouple years and a week ago i got my shot again. They refused to give it to me in my arm like i have had done at the clinic i went to before i moved. Since my last injection, i bleed after non penetration orgasms. Why? How do i make it stop?
