What Causes Bleeding After Periods Following Laproscopy?

I had done my lap on jan 22 for endometriosis and got some bleeding after my lap for 2 days then i got m y normal period on feb 10 and it last for 4 days till feb 13.and now again there is bleeding for me on feb 17 .. may i know the problem for this??
