What Causes Bleeding After Salpingectomy?

hi, im 29 and just had a salpingectomy to remove my left tube, this was the beginning of april, i did bleed after surgery for about 5 days and then got what i assumed was my period on the 30th of april, iv now started to bleed again today and was quite uncomfortable a fews days up to it, we have already started to try again and was i was wondering if we have tried too soon and done damage or is this normal,and is there a chance i can fall now? thanks
