What Causes Bleeding After Sex During Pregnancy?

hi my name is Alex, i just had a quick question...my girlfriend told me sunday afternoon that she was pregnant...she told me that she took 4 pregnancy tests and they all came out positive on tuesday we had sex once again and she bleed,i made her take another test 4 hours later and it came out negative...im just wondering what went wrong is it a miscarriage?
