What Causes Bleeding After Sex With Abdominal Pain?

i had my period on the 1st of nov. and then had it again on the 26th of nov. i stopped bleeding on the1st of dec. and had sex today and started bleeding again. i have alot of abdominal pain and lower back pain associated with it.. what could be the reason
