What Causes Bleeding After Taking Depo Provera Injection?

Hi i took my second shot of depo provera injection in may and have since then been spotting all the time.I was given norethisterone to take to stop it which it did for a week.I came off it to have a withdrawal bleed which is meant to last 2-3 days but i have had the bleed for 10days now,Is this normal?
