What Causes Bleeding After Taking Elleste Tablets And Cyclogest Pessaries?

hi i have been having ivf treatment and have my embro places 2 weeks ago i have been told to carry on takin elleste tablets and cyclogest pessaries. yeaterday i had this brown discharge and last night i hav=d bad stomach cramps and i am now bleeding but not heavily i rang my ivf nurse and all they said was carry on with the perssaries and tablets and still take my pregancy test on the 27th am i having a miscarraige is this normal with my tablets
