What Causes Bleeding After Taking I Pill?

I had unprotected sex & after 5 hours I took i-pill. There was no problem for 2 days and last night we had protected sex and then from morning bleeding started. Is this because i-pill effect ? i had my last periods 1 week back, that was ended on the same day i took i-pill.
