What Causes Bleeding After The Intercourse With Tingling Sensation?

Well i am taking the pills for my period. I started having sex with my boyfriend in the beginning of june. My period was over about 2- 3 days ago. We had sex yesterday and today. But today i've been peeing alot and blood is flowing a little and there is a tingly sensation to it? is something wrong with me or my Virgina?
