What Causes Bleeding And Back Pain?

my mom had ovarian cyst and she got removed both of her ovaries by laproscopy 50 days back.she was ok for all these days but today in the evening she had some pain in the back and bleeding.So may i please know what may be the reason for the bleeding and what do you suggest...?
