What Causes Bleeding And Cramps After A Rough Sex?

HI, yesterday I ha sex with my boyfriend. he fingered me a lot and a little roughly. then he also inserted his penis (without any condom) but with no movements further. It was paining like hell so we didn't go further and also he did not ejaculate. I'm bleeding since then with cramps. I very much worried about my condition. Is this bleeding and cramps normal?
Can I become pregnant? what safety measures should I take now? PLEASE HELP !
