What Causes Bleeding And Pain After D&C?

Had d&c with hysteroscopy 9 days ago. Had complications all last week. First, urinary retention, then put on antibotic for possible uterus infection. Also been in pain all week. Now, this weekend started bleeding off and on with clots and still in major pain. Very frustrated.
