What Causes Bleeding And Pain After Genital Manipulation?

yes, waiting on an email response for this issue but would like to get an answer asap...I have had some moderate bleeding and pain after husband fingered me last night during sex. This has never happened before so it worries me. Could he have scratched or tore the cervix? Could I just have a sensitive cervix. I'm on day 11 of cycle so period is long gone. What could it mean? I am 29 and have a 3 years old daughter. Am I too young to worry about cervical cancer?
