What Causes Bleeding And Puss At The Site Of Wound After Placement Of Defibrillator For Heart?

i am i need of advise , i am a heart person who has had a lot of heart operation s,about 4 years ago i had a defibrillator in me as a result of surgery i developed a hematoma & staph at the wound site , so i went back to hospital to remove the defibrillator & fix the other two up. months later my skin was been eaten away at the wound site , it took months to heal but it i thought, for last 3 years i have been leaking in my behind my fyshlar was playing up so i had i fixed again i thought , then 2 years ago i started bleeding & puss was present , i have to wear a pad to be changed 3 times a day, it is still happening today , i finally got see a recital diagnosis place they have found i would have to have a bout 5 operation s, my big problem is the hospital i was refered to has said ok , but the anathis has said no , so she wants a ok or not from my cardo specialist
