What Causes Bleeding And Sore Lumps Around Mouth And Chin?

Hiya. For the past week or so I have experienced an increase of spots and lumps around my mouth and chin area on my face. The spots and lumps are extremely sore to touch and are causing my mouth and lips to feel tight and sore. I am 20 years old and haven't had a major issue with spots in my teenage years. The spots have begun to weep and bleed without even touching them. Just wondered if I should be concerned? Thanks.
