What Causes Bleeding And Whitish Yellow Discharge After Intercourse?

About a week ago after intercourse bright red bleeding began, I have continued to bleed until today and have had lower pelvic pain kinda like cramps. Today during ordination a golf ball size mass came out and there was vp blood. the mass was whitish yellow in color. I had an internal sonogram Mon and my obgyn found nothing. Please help!
