What Causes Bleeding Before Three Days Of Menstruation?

hi , im 18 years old and three weeks ago the condom broke while having sex. i took Plan B the next morning . Now its about 3 to 5 days before my next period . Everytime my boyfriend "plays" with me , i bleed a little afterwards. I'm really scared and I dont think this is normal . Please Help!
