What Causes Bleeding, Cramps And Back Pain After Taking Noriday?

I have started taken oral conception pill Noriday. I am on my second cycle if
them and I have have bleeding since yesturday, altough it is not like a normal
period that I have. When I wipe myself there id blood there and small trace on
my underwear. It is not painful but I do have craps now and again and I have
back plain I had a baby the 6th of January by emergancy c section. Should I be
worried about this?
