What Causes Bleeding Cut On Back?

doc,i have a cut or cut of skin on my back side where hips start.its a cleavage of hips which has a cut at its starts,there is a bleeding from this same cut regularly after some days of pause.i think this problem with me is 3 year old.i havent discussed it to any doctor so kinnly tell me what to do in this regard?
