What Causes Bleeding During Urination And Abdominal Cramps After Taking Birth Control Pills?

I m on birth control pills and I skipped my period pills and started immediately on the regular packet. I started my period even before i started the packet ( that Sunday) which isn t normal, I usually start on a Wednesday when taking the period pills. Anyhow I continued to take the pills , and I also continued to bleed. I had cramps and very emotional. I only have blood though when I urinate otherwise blood doesn t come out. I have pain in my lower left rib area. It s been two weeks now that I have been peeing and blood is coming out ( vaginaly)
