What Causes Bleeding From G-spot While Rubbing It Inside?

G spot. .. I rub inside gentle and i take finger out i didnt know I was bleeding. .. is that normal? I m not pain or sore. First time I did last night and tonight again and it bleeding. I had to stop right away. I never knew about it Can u explain to me Thanks Michelle
