What Causes Bleeding From Buttock?

i smashed my coccyx a few weeks ago and been in agony since, the other day my friend completely forgot and kicked me in the bum, i was in agony and ive notced a few times i been to the toilet since then that there has been blood coming from my bum. could this be likned?
