What Causes Bleeding From Clitoris After Having Clitoral Stimulation?

Today I engaged in clitorial stimulation but soon after I had to pee once I peed it began to burn and hurt once I was done I noticed that there was slight blood coming from my clitoris. This is the first time this has happened. What is wrong and can it be treated? Should I be worried?
