What Causes Bleeding From Ears Despite Taking Gentamycin Injection?

hi..i am a pharmacist plus student pursuing b.pharmacy .I was slapped on my ear by my brother about 5years ago. At that time my ear drum vibrated so fast and I felt so blank for few minutes. Then everything came to normal. After few days bleeding started from my slapped ear. I didn t consulted any doc but started using cotton swabs in my ear. I was normal again then. There is no problem of hear loss to me,but sometimes a yellowish fluid comes n disturbs me from few hours to few days. I was having gentamycin injection I.v.also which helped me.
