What Causes Bleeding From Enlarged Montgomery Glands On The Breast?

1 enlarged Gland of Montgomery on each breast. Appeared at same time, in middle of last year. One raised a little above normal then stopped growing. It is now flat and looks differently from the others. Kind of looks like a mole. On the other breast, the 1 gland has continued to grow for months, occassionally itching. It is now protruding half an inch . . . maybe less and was itching. When I rubbed it, the skin came off! Now, it is wet and blood red but not bleeding. It burns like open flesh, though. What is going on? Note: I have fibroid tumors on my uterus that cause severe anemia and blood loss. I may have possible hormonal imbalance. Otherwise, doctors have given clean bill of health. No diabetes, lupus, thyroid problems, etc.
