What Causes Bleeding From Penis And Enlarged Prostate?

Hi i'm a 43 year old black male that was bleeding from my penis last night. I've been to my urologist and he told me my prostate was slightly enlarged. I was given medication for it, and had an MRI done of my kidneys, and blood and a urine test. My doctor says nothing is wrong i know something is going on what i don't know can you help me?
