What Causes Bleeding From Penis During Intercourse?

i am a 21 year old guy. i tried having sex with my girlfriend today. we did not use a condom. when i tried inserting my penis into her, i got a shooting pain on my penis. when i withdrew it and saw closely, i was bleeding from d tip of the nerve that connects the foreskin. its still burning and i don't know what to do. please help me as to what has to be done. it would be of great help. and also tell me if i will be able to make love again without the same thing occurring again..
