What Causes Bleeding Immediately After Taking The Pill For Postponing Periods?

HI, I started pill about 10 days before my period because I will be getting maried in 10 days I didnt wanted to have my period. I took my first pill yesterday and I started bleeding. Am I having my period? If I keep on taking the pill will I be ok in 10 days or should I stop beacause I

wont have my period in 10 days again?
