What Causes Bleeding In Ejaculation?

Please type your query here...i am samson from ethipia and before one month i go to clinic i saw blood when i ejaculate and the doctor take a sample of urine and said me that there is blood and sperm cell seen in the result and gave me (norfloxacine and metrondazol ) but am still have the same labratory result what can i do? please help me.........
