What Causes Bleeding In Nose Along With Blurred Vision?

I've been getting bloody noses quite frequently and they sometimes last for up to an hour. But today I also had blurry vision.. it wasn't accompanied by a bloody nose.. I wear glasses cause I can't see far distances but this is affecting my vision up close..I had one short nose bleed today..should I be worried
