What Causes Bleeding In Nose Along With Terrible Headaches During Nights?

On the last week I have awakened 4 times whereupon standing I experience a severe nose bleed. It is always the right nostril, and once I realize that my nose is bleeding I recognize I also have a headache on that side of my head. I generally awaken naturally, and have not been experiencing any upsetting dreams, etc. I am concerned that there may be something serious occurring.
