What Causes Bleeding In Nose While Sneezing?

Hi, basically i have been going to my local doctors numerous time, this is due to a headache (only on the right side of my head) and a smokey smell in my right nostril, they said i have no symptoms of a brain tumor or anything and they gave me ibuprofen & nasal spray/cream i have used for a further 4 weeks and the headaches have completely gone but this smell in my nose hasnt as also my nose is blocked so it is hard for me to breath through the right nostril i have had this blockage i am not sure i know how long i have had this blockage maybe from a kid /: it has been another 3/4 weeks since the headache has gone now i am beggining to have a nose bleed in my right nostril i have had this for a week, it doesnt bleed and drip its when i put tissue up my nose or sneeze, i am a none smoker and none of my friends/family etc do /: this is really scaring me now & have booked a scan for sometimes next month, please could i have your opinion on what it could be?
