What Causes Bleeding In Penis After Sex?

hi on my first sexual intercourse i had a tear and need some stitches after. then the second time i didn't bleed , but on my third time it bleeds again but not as bad as the first one.just wondering if i have a tear again or is it normal?and how long it will bleed?
