What Causes Bleeding In The Mid Of Menstruation With Severe Cramps?

hi..i had my periods on 7th april and had to take ocp on 14th april,took an ipill in 30 min.got my periods again on 19th april for 3 day.from then i have cramps and acidity.did urine test twice and blood test and it was negative so what could be the reason?
