What Causes Bleeding In The Mid Of The Menstruation Cycle?

Do you think I should goto the hospital? My period started around the 10-14th of June. I am now bleeding again it started on the 23rd. The day before this unusual supprise I had bad leg and feet cramps, fatigue, and a sore throat. I am still bleeding, My face is broke out and tits think its a rash not acne. Heavy bleeding with clots. The blood is not dark its like jus red but the clots are purplish. I am now getting Left upper abdominal pain and i am lightheaded. I feel like the blood is flowing.
