What Causes Bleeding In The Penis During Intercourse?

hey doctor
had sex with my boyfriend but with protection after i removed the condom from him i found the condom was redish as if blood was worried whats happening and after rubbing him he was reddish is it possible that he had bleed-ed or wat!please help?
