What Causes Bleeding In The Penis Post Intercourse?

i had unprotected sexual intercourse with my girlfriend today and it started to hurt so i checked my penis and it was bleeding. i realized that i had a cut (im uncircumsized). its very painful and it hurts when i get horny. also, it continues to bleed. how can i stop it ?
