What Causes Bleeding In The Penis While Having Sex?

I think I might have burst a blood vessel in my penis when I having sex with my girlfiend. Blood came out the end of my penis. Then when I urinated there was a lot blood in the urine and some clots. The bleeding stopped within 5 minutes and there was no further blood in my urine. What treatment should I get to cure this.
