What Causes Bleeding Like Clots And Pain Between Periods?

Hi, I got my last period on 9th Dec14, now from 2 nd Jan. I am getting some clots in my urine and after sometime on 9th Jan started my pain like how I feel in my menstrual period every time. Bleeding is little only and its not proper periods are coming.
