What Causes Bleeding Nose And Swollen Eye?

hi the other day i had 2 heavy nose bleed, i also had a sever pain i didnt know if it was my eye or head it was so bad, the following day the same eye was swollen and all my right hand side of my face was inflamed i also had a prickly sensation around my lips and on my gums. could you tell me what it could be this could happen every 2 or 3 weeks
