What Causes Bleeding Of Ear?

Hell there,I was cleaning out my ear wax with a Q-tip then i saw after that my left ear started bleeding! Why is my left ear bleeding? Also i should say that my left has been filling up with ear wax more then normal and that i cant hear as good with my left ear.-Erica
